Summary: We only collect the personal information we need to add you to the FS8 Bellevue VIP List and to tell you about our studio opening. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

This Privacy Policy describes how NW PTY LLC, doing business as FS8 Bellevue ("FS8 Bellevue," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with this website and our presale VIP List (the "Services"). NW PTY LLC is the controller of the personal information processed through the Services.

I. Information we collect

• VIP List information: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and your consent choices.
• Consent records: the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time you submitted the form, the page you submitted it from, your IP address, and your browser user agent. We keep these records to document express written consent as required by telecommunications rules.
• Marketing attribution: campaign parameters (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) contained in the link you used to reach the site.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar log data collected automatically when you use the Services.

II. How we use information

• To add you to the VIP List and confirm your sign-up.
• To send you text messages and email about pre-sale pricing, the Founding Membership release, opening updates, promotions, and events — only where you have opted in.
• To respond to your questions and follow up about membership.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• To keep records of consent and opt-out requests and to comply with our legal obligations.

III. How we share information

• Service providers: we use vendors that host our website and database, route our automation, and deliver our email and text messages on our behalf. They may only process your information to provide those services to us and are bound by contract.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of NW PTY LLC, our members, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Sharing with the service providers described above is limited to delivering the messages you asked to receive.

IV. Text messaging

We offer two separate, optional text message choices. Each is unchecked by default, independently selectable, not required to submit the form, and not required to purchase a membership. Selecting one does not enroll you in the other — you may choose either, both, or neither.

• Marketing text messages: Founding Membership pricing, promotions, special offers, presale announcements, and events.
• Customer care / informational text messages: responses to your inquiries, classes or bookings, membership or class-pack communications, account matters, studio service and support, and operational notifications.

V. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate the Services, and we may use limited analytics and advertising measurement to understand how people find this page. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

VI. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

VII. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including under the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal our decision. We retain VIP List information for as long as you remain on the list and for a reasonable period afterward to honor opt-outs and to document consent, then delete or anonymize it. Consent and opt-out records may be retained longer where required to demonstrate compliance.

IX. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

X. International users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be communicated through the Services.
